Effect of Industrial Reconstruction on college students′ Employment:Analysis and Countermeasures

As the prerequisite of accelerating economic development in China,industrial reconstruction affects the employment of college graduates.During the rapid industrial reconstruction recently,such phenomena just arises in college graduates′ employment as "mismatch between majors and jobs","requirement for working experiences" and "lack of frontier knowledge" etc.In order to establish college graduates′ adaptability,it is supposed to optimize the professional cultivation structure,improve the related employment abilities,and develop continuing education program.
