Perfil del docente de educación inicial basado en el modelo de Rizoma

The present study had as purpose to determineTeacher´s Profi le of Initial Education based on the Model of Rhizome. The investigation type was proyectiva, contemporary transactional and of fi eld. THE population of the study was constituted by 2 Dean, director 30 Educational and 62 students of the Program of Education Preschool Mention of the University Rafael Belloso Chacin (CITY); I take the total of 94 people to consider the population of small magnitude, they were worked with a populational census. To obtain the data you applies a managed questionnaire to dean, director, educational and students, with temptation to alternative of closed answers, which were subjected to the validity of having contained by seven (7) and to determine the dependability, it perfomed one carries out the test pilot, using for it, the coeffi cient of dependability of Alpha of Conbrach whose result was of 0.97. You concludes that in the new curricular design for competitions in Preschool Education of the University Rafael Belloso Chacin, they should incorporate the competitions: Labor, Theoretical, Technical, Administrative, Psychological and of Refl ection, as well as the Didactic Axes, as fundamental elements in the Professional Profi le of the Educational one of Initial Education.
