Overlapping type airfield pavement structure

2012
The invention provides an overlapping type airfield pavement structure which is formed by an upper-layer pavement plate, a lower-layer basic plate and a plurality of screw rods. A right-angle-shaped preformed groove is respectively formed at each one of four corners of the back side of the upper-layer pavement plate; an upper performed hole is respectively formed at each right-angle edge of each preformed groove; a right-angle-shaped pre-embedded channel steel embedded into the preformed groove is respectively arranged at each one of four corners of the surface of the lower-layer basic plate; a pre-embedded nut is arranged on the lower-layer basic plate which is rightly below a lower performed hole; and each screw rod sequentially penetrates through one upper performed hole and one lower performed hole and the lower end of each screw rod is threaded to one pre-embedded nut screw hole. The overlapping type airfield pavement structure has the advantages as follows: 1, all the plates are machined in a factory and a field splicing construction speed is fast; 2, if the pavement is damaged, only the upper-layer pavement plate needs to be exchanged, so that the cost is low and the maintenance is convenient; and 3, a traditional force transmission rod structure is replaced by the internally-arranged channel steel so that the whole rigidity is great and the deformation resistance is strong.
