An Empirical Research on Influencing Mechanism of IT Capability on Firm Performance

A firm performance is deconstructed into operational, growth and financial performance based on IT capability, then the model of influencing mechanism of IT capability on firm performance is put forward from the perspective of business process transform mode. A questionnaire methodology is used for an empirical test.
