In the title compound, C11H10N2O3, the dihedral angle between the two furan rings is 4.2 (2)°. Inter­molecular N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the mol­ecules into a two-dimensional network. Strong π–π stacking inter­actions are present between inversion-related furan rings, with a centroid-to-centroid distance of 3.4866 (14) A.
