AbstractThe present system of medical record copying suffers from certain drawbacks. Patients coming from other cities, and their agents, run around hospitals to copy medical record information, the copying applicant does not have all the necessary certificates with him, etc. Now, attempts are being made to change the ways in which this system works. These days, the medical record copying process and the approval system are illustrated in each ward of a hospital, and medical record copying notices are distributed.
