Health management system and management methods

The present invention discloses a health management system. The system comprises a life status quantitative analysis server; a host computer connected to the life status quantitative analysis server; and a traditional Chinese medicine twelve meridian detector, a biological electric feedback detector, an infrared imaging detector, a physical fitness integrated detector and a micro-magnetic human body composition detector that are connected to the host computer, wherein the biological electric feedback detector, the traditional Chinese medicine twelve meridian detector and the micro-magnetic human body composition detector are connected to the host computer by a data acquisition circuit. According to the health management system disclosed by the present invention, a plurality of items of human body data can be detected during one operation by using the detectors; the data is transferred to the life status quantitative analysis server by using the host computer; and the data is integrated and subjected to classification, comparison and analysis, which is quicker, simpler and more convenient and meanwhile improves accuracy of data acquisition and reduces the time cost of data acquisition. The present invention further discloses a health management method.
