A Coupled Coordination Theory based Approach for Synergistic Analysis of Cross-border E-commerce and Logistics System

2018
To reveal the cross-border synergistic development of the relationship between e-commerce and logistics systems in China, this paper proposes a coupling coordination degree model by combining the information entropy with the variation coefficient method of empirical analysis. Based on the related data of cross-border e-commerce and logistics system from 2011 to 2016 in China, the order degree, coupling degree and co-coupling degree of cross-border e-commerce and logistics system are analysed through the empirical method. Result shows that the coupling and coupling coordination degree of cross-border e-commerce and logistics system both increase with years. However, the value of coupling and coupling coordination degree still belongs to the low synergistic development stage. The result also shows that synergy development of the overall effect is not obvious. Cities along the Belt and Road should make full use of the policy of national implementation of the opportunity. The cities can improve the related infrastructure construction, enhance the informatization level during invest electronic payment and electronic government procedures. They can also actively develop pluralism cross-border e-commerce logistics mode, and improve the development speed of cross-border logistics delivery system to prompted the cross-border e-commerce and logistics system overall, synergistic and orderly development.
