46.4: Effects of Electron Injection Layer on Storage and Operational Stability of Air-Stable OLEDs

Air-stable OLEDs are necessary for expanding the availability of OLEDs. We examined the configuration of the electron injection layer (EIL) suitable for air-stable OLEDs. An OLED with high operational stability was demonstrated by employing a newly developed EIL that requires no chemical n-doping for electron injection from the bottom cathode.
