Fault simulation system of nuclear fuel operation training and method thereof

The invention discloses a fault simulation system of nuclear fuel operation training. The system comprises monitoring equipment and a controller, wherein the monitoring equipment is used for generating a loading and unloading machine fault simulation trigger signal and checking a processing condition of fault simulation field operation personnel to a fault; and the controller is connected to the monitoring equipment and is used for carrying out logic processing on a trigger signal and outputting a fault generation signal so as to simulate the fault. Compared to the prior art, by using the fault simulation system, simulation of the loading and unloading machine fault is realized; and then the processing condition of the fault simulation field operation personnel to the fault can be checked through the monitoring equipment so as to realize assessment to a loading and unloading machine operation fault processing capability of on-site personnel; and a defect of existing loading and unloading training systems (a loading and unloading training system of a French CETIC company and a domestic training system) is overcome. The invention simultaneously discloses a fault simulation method of the nuclear fuel operation training.
