The gas flow circulation speed-control reaction device is characterized in that a gas flow circulation device consisting of a gas valve (6), an airbag (1), a gas circulation fan (2), a frequency converter (19), a fan flow adjusting valve (3), a pipeline and a gas flow distributor (13), and a reaction speed control device consisting of a liquid storage kettle 10, a liquid sealing tank 8, an alarm device 7 and pipelines are additionally arranged on a reaction kettle (15). By adopting the device, not only is the use amount of nitric acid reduced as NO generated in the process that metal is dissolved by nitric acid is oxidized into NO2 by oxygen and nitric acid and NO are generated after NO2 is fed into the bottom of the kettle and is absorbed by the kettle liquid, but also the speed that the metal is dissolved in the system is controlled by factors such as the speed of absorbing NO2, the NOX is prevented from overflowing the system, and the environmental friendliness effect is achieved.
