The present invention relates to a protective surface coating, and in particular for the preparation of a surface protective coating of a lightweight alloy. First, pure Al or Al ultrapure powder by cold spray coating method in the manufacture of lightweight aluminum alloy surface, a bottom protective coating; then, the coating on the aluminum surface polished and anodized, the aluminum preparation of coating the surface of the aluminum oxide film, the surface layer as a protective coating. After anodized aluminum surface of the coating capable of forming an alumina film excellent properties, the corrosion resistance is far better after the aluminum oxide film formed on the anodized aluminum, is particularly suitable for large scale integrated circuit device, so that in strong maintaining ultra-clean and corrosion under plasma bombardment environment. Wherein said light alloy is a magnesium alloy, a titanium alloy or an aluminum alloy. The method of the present invention is applied to a magnesium alloy, titanium and aluminum can be improved magnesium alloys, titanium and aluminum corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
