Reliability-Centered Maintenance Selection Model for Distribution Network Based on Condition Monitoring

2015
In allusion to the subjective selection of maintenance objects and historical data based reliability assessment, a reliability-centered maintenance selection model for distribution network based on condition monitoring is put forward, and the solving algorithm is given. According to the quantitative relationship between condition monitoring variables of equipment and its failure rate, a multi-objective reliability-centered maintenance selection model, which maximizes variation of system average interruption frequency, system average interruption duration and expected energy not supplied with the constraints of budgets and human resources, is established; the normalized normal constraint method is employed to solve the model, and obtains fast and precisely Pareto frontier where the distribution of optimal solutions becomes uniform; the fuzzy selection strategy is used to determine the best compromise solution. The numerical results of RBTS-BUS6 system validate the effectiveness of the proposed reliability-centered maintenance selection model and the solving algorithm.
