The invention relates to an intelligent high-speed stacker sudden-stop and buffer device, which comprises a support plate, a motor, connecting rods, jaws and a cylinder, wherein one side of the support plate is horizontally provided with the cylinder; the output end of the cylinder is provided with a piston rod; the middle of the other side of the support plate is provided with a groove; a linear motor is arranged vertically in the groove; the output end at the lower end of the linear motor is provided with a connector; the connector is hinged with upper ends of short connecting rods on the left and right sides through a pin shaft; the lower end of each short connecting rod is respectively hinged with the upper end of a long connecting rod; the middles of two long connecting rods are hinged together; and the lower end of each long connecting rod is fixedly provided with a jaw. The intelligent high-speed stacker sudden-stop and buffer device simultaneously has sudden-stop and buffer functions, the two functions can be matched and can be realized independently; when a stacker works normally, the sudden-stop or buffer function can be used only; and when the stacker fails, the two functions are realized simultaneously. The intelligent high-speed stacker sudden-stop and buffer device is provided with an intelligent fault detection system to ensure that the sudden-stop and buffer device is quickly started under the condition that the stacker has a fault and cannot stop.
