A flavor matter is generated into an air channel 47 from the flavoring part 44 of the web 43 and the smoker sucks the tobacco flavor matter with external air. After the lapse of a prescribed time, energizing to a heater is interrupted and the control circuit operates a motor to advance the web to reels 40 and 45.
