The invention provides an artificial cardiac valve. The artificial cardiac valve comprises an outer stent, an inner stent, valve leaflets and a tectorial membrane, wherein the inner stent is embedded in the inner side of the outer stent and is connected with the outer stent; the valve leaflets are arranged on the inner side of the inner stent; the tectorial membrane is arranged on the body walls of the outer stent and the inner stent; the inner stent is a cylindrical reticular tube; the outer stent comprises a first sub-stent, a second sub-stent and a third sub-stent which are connected with one another sequentially; the first sub-stent is a reticular tube; the second sub-stent is a reticular tube with a D-shaped cross section; the third sub-stent is a trumpet-shaped reticular tube; the maximal tube diameter of the first sub-stent is equal to the tube diameter of the second sub-stent; and the minimal tube diameter of the third sub-stent is equal to the tube diameter of the second sub-stent. The stent is designed to comprise the inner stent and the outer stent, the inner stent is used for resisting the tractive acting force of the valve leaflets, and the outer stent is designed to be identical with the physiological structure of the natural valve leaflets, so that the artificial cardiac valve has low probability of displacement and perivalvular leakage after being released, and the service life of the artificial cardiac valve is prolonged.
