A bioelectrode and a fabrication method therefor are provided. The bioelectrode comprises a first core-shell nanowire/polymer composite inclusive of a first core-shell nanowire and a first polymer. The method for fabricating a bioelectrode comprises a step of growing a biocompatible metal epitaxially on the surface of a core including a conductive metal to form a core-shell nanowire.
