PERCEPCIÓN DE ACTORES SOCIALES EN EL MANEJO DE LA BIODIVERSIDAD DEL PAISAJE NATURAL PROTEGIDO GRANPIEDRA DE SANTIAGO DE CUBA PERCEPTION SOCIAL PERFORMERS IN THE BIODIVERSITY MANAGEMENT OF THE GRAN PIEDRA PROTECTED NATURAL LANDSCAPE IN SANTIAGO DE CUBA

RESUMEN En el Paisaje Natural Protegido Gran Piedra se desarrollo una investigacion para evaluar, mediante estudios de percepcion, la relacion actores sociales-manejo de la biodiversidad local. El empleo de recorridos de campo, el analisis de fuentes/datos secundarios y la aplicacion de observaciones y entrevistas semiestructuradas permitieron definir las principales demandas que se deben satisfacer: la capacitacion en el conocimiento, el empleo de la biodiversidad funcional y el dominio de alternativas de manejo agroecologico respecto a la biodiversidad productiva. Se identificaron cuatro nuevas tipologias de biodiversidad: exotica, afectiva, domestica y elaborada en las condiciones de areas protegidas en Cuba. Los actores sociales mostraron poca apropiacion del concepto o condicion de area protegida y escaso dominio de las regulaciones juridico-administrativas que la amparan. ABSTRACT At the Gran Piedra Natural Protected Landscape, was developed an investigation to evaluate through studies of perception, the relationship between stakeholders and the management of the biodiversity. The employment of field journeys, the analysis of sources/secondary data and the semistructural interviews and observations applied, it allowed define as main demands to satisfy, the qualification about the knowledge and use of the functional biodiversity, as well as the domain by social actors of alternative of agroecological management, in reference to the case of productive´s typology of biodiversity. Was identified four new typology of biodiversity under the conditions of protected areas in Cuba: Exotic, Affective, Domestic and Elaborated. The stakeholders evidenced besides, the low appropriation of the concept or condition of protected area and scarce domain of its juridical-administrative regulations that defines its operation.
