Flexible and movable cable

2009
The utility model relates to a flexible and movable cable, which is characterized in that a conductor is formed by formally and jointly bunch stranding or stranding a sixth tinned copper wire; an insulating layer is extruded and enwrapped on the conductor to form an insulated wire core; a cable core is independently formed by the single insulated wire core or is formed by stranding a plurality of insulated wire cores; the stranded pitch is 15 to 20; a bearing reinforced layer formed by weaving aramid fibers with high elastic modulus and strength is arranged outside the cable core; an outer sheath layer formed by polyurethane materials is extruded and enwrapped outside an outermost layer; and the insulating layer is made of ethylene propylene rubber mixtures. The flexible and movable cable can be suitable for different working environments and has the advantages of flexibility, moisture resistance, weather resistance, wear resistance, notching resistance, cutting resistance, low adhesion, oil resistance, chemical resistance and the like.
