The paper points out limits of the conventional way by researching on turning part and assumes residual stress in calculating of thermal deformation and establishes a new mathematics model on thermal deformation. The paper starts with researches on residual stress on deformation of part after aging treatment and proves that influence of residual stress on deformation of part allows of no ignorance.
