Study of land army soldiers' perceived collective-efficacy: A retrospective analysis of 15 cases

Objective To revise the scale of perceived collective-efficacy that can suit Chinese army soldier better.Methods The 15 soldiers selected through a hierarchical sampling method were treated by an un-structured interview.Results The answer of all the 15 soldiers was put in order.ConclusionThrough the answer, the scale of perceived collective-efficacy that can suit Chinese soldier has been revised and it has not only high reliability but also high validity.
