Recurrent myxoma of the hand

2000
Abstract Myxoma is a rare benign tumor composed of stellate or spindle-shaped cells in a loose myxoid stroma. Few cases involving the hand have previously been described. We present a rare case of recurrent myxoma in the intermetacarpal space and detail the clinical behavior of this indolent tumor. (J Hand Surg 2000;25A:772–775.
