Adana İli Acil Serviste Çalışan Sağlık Çalışanlarının Fiziksel Tespit Kullanımına İlişkin Bilgi, Tutum ve Uygulamaları

Amac: Bu calisma; acil servis hastalarina uygulanan fiziksel tespit edici (FTE) uygulamalarina iliskin, saglik personellerini bilgi, tutum ve uygulamalarinin degerlendirilmesi amaciyla yapilmistir. Gerec ve Yontem: Calisma Adana Il merkezindeki; bir universite hastanesi, bir uygulama ve arastirma hastanesi ile iki devlet hastanesinin acil servislerinde calismakta olan 170 saglik calisanindan 126'si calisma kapsamina alinmistir. Calismada yuz yuze gorusme yontemi ile anket sonuclari elde edilmistir. Anket formu iki bolumden olusmaktadir, birinci bolumde demografik veriler ile ilgili, ikinci bolumde ise "Saglik calisanlarinin FTE Kullanimina Iliskin Bilgi Duzeyi, Tutum ve Uygulamalari Olcegi” kullanilmistir. Elde edilen veriler SSPS 15 programinda; tanimlayici testler, ANOVA ve t testi kullanilmistir. Bulgular: Calismaya katilan saglik calisanlarinin yas ortalamasi 28,59±5,91 olup %13,5’i kadin, %86,5’i erkekti. Egitim duzeyleri; %43,7’si lisans, %34,9’u lise, %16,7’si onlisans ve %4,8’i lisansustu idi. Katilimcilarin %70,6’si hemsire, %23,8’i acil tip teknikeri, %3,2’si ebe ve %2,4’u paramedikti. Calismada yer alan saglik calisanlarin FTE kullanimina iliskin bilgi duzey puan ortalamalari; 9,33±1,15 (Min: 5-Max: 11) tutum puan ortalamalari; 34,23±5,51 (Min: 21-Max: 48) ve uygulama ortalama puani 36,70±2,85 (Min:25-Max:41) olarak bulunmustur. Sonuc: Saglik calisanlarinin FTE kullanimina iliskin bilgi duzeyinin iyi oldugu, tutum ve uygulamada alinan puanlarinin ise; yapilan bir cok calismaya gore daha yuksek oldugu saptanmistir. Ancak 2011 yilinda saglik bakanligi tarafindan fiziksel tespit kullanimi ile ilgili standartlar olusturulmasina ragmen kullanimda aksakliklar oldugu tespit edilmistir. Anahtar Sozcukler: yararlilik, fiziksel tespit, hemsirelik, acil servis isleyisi The Knowledge, Attitude And Practices Regarding To Physical Detection (FTE) Application Of Health Service Providers Working In Emergency Service In Adana Abstract Aim: This study was conducted to evaluate the knowledge, attitude and practices regarding to physical detection (FTE) application implementing to the emergency service patients. Material and Method: This study has evaluated the results of the survey that was implemented to 126 health service providers in a university hospital, a research and application hospital and two state hospitals in Adana city centre. Findings: The age average of female the health service providers is 28,59±5,91 and the female percentage is %13,5, and the male percentage is 86.5%. Education status; 43,7% is graduate, 34,9 % is high school, 16,7% is undergraduate and 4,8% is postgraduate. 70,6% of the responders are nurse, 23,8% are emergency technicians, 3,2% are midwives and 2,4% are paramedics. The knowledge on FTE application of the health service providers in the survey is average 9,33±1,15 (min: 5 - max: 11), average attitude point is 34,23±5,51 (21-48) and average application point is 36,70±2,85 (25-41). Result: It was revealed that knowledge level of health service providers on FTE application was good, and the points of attitude and application was higher than the points from other surveys. However, it was seen that there were misapplications even though Ministry of Health determined standards for FTE applications.
