A portable flexural member deflection testing device comprises a scale plate and a top rod and a bottom rod fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the scale plate, wherein a communicating pipe is fixed to the scale plate, two ends of the communicating pipe are communicating pipe interfaces, the upper-end communicating pipe interface located on one side of the scale plate is a connecting water filling port, and the lower-end communicating pipe interface located on one side of the scale plate is continuously connected with a communicating pipe.A level pipe is horizontally embedded and fixed to the scale plate, the whole scale plate is covered with a glass cover plate, and two portable flexural member deflection testing devices are connected through the communicating pipe to form a communicator.The portable flexural member deflection testing device has the advantages that a communicator principle is adopted to combine the communicator with the scale plate, the heights of horizontal planes of measuring points and the bottom face of a flexural member are respectively measured, a deflection value of the flexural member is obtained by analyzing the height differences of the points, and the unevenness of the plate can be further analyzed.The portable flexural member deflection testing device remarkably reduces the costs of testing equipment, decreases the working amount of a field test, improves the working efficiency and is convenient to carry.
