Serological Survey of Porcine PRRSV and PCV-2 Infection in Shenmu Shaanxi

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)antibody and porcine circovirus type II(PCV-2) antibody in pig farms in Shenmu,Shaanxi.The results showed that the positive rate is 26.8%(PRRSV),85.5%(PCV-2) and 13.5%(PRRSV and PCV-2 co-infection),respectively.These results indicate that the epidemic of PCV-2 infection is relatively severe in Shenmu,Shaanxi.
