Endometriose des Beckens mit Obstruktion des rechten Ureters

Summary Pelvic endometriosis with obstruction of the right ureter We report the case of a 34-year-old woman with pelvic endometriosis and extrinsic obstruction of the right ureter causing hydronephrosis. The clinical findings and surgical management are described and the treatment of endometriosis in this rather uncommon localisation is discussed.
