International Comparison on the Intellectual Property Protection and the Path of Technology Innovation

This article sums up the collaborative development paths of Intellectual Property Protection and Technology In- novation in America,Japan and Korea;on the basis of this,the effects of intellectual property right system under inde- pendent-innovation and imitation-innovation models of technology innovation are analyzed;then it draws a conclusion that the ultimate aim of intellectual property protection is to increase the capacity of independent-innovation.After studying and drawing lessons from foreign counties,our county should set up the system of intellectual property adapting to the technology level.
