Objective: To create an artificial pattern to optimize postural assessment. Methods: It is an applied research, where a model of anatomical symmetry in the anterior view was created considering the basis for calculating frontal vision patterns consistent in the PSU method (Portland State University) and for the purpose of calculating sagittal vision we consider the proportions between the areas defined between the points of the head x the final cervical region and between the final thoracic region but the glutes. Results: A normality model was developed using a pre-defined biomechanical pattern based on the information entered, the model served as a basis for defining whether the individual has acceptable postural inclinations or not, tests were performed on 40 individuals and the model was able to identify small gaps sometimes not noticed in the visual inspection of the professional. Conclusion: The model obtained is an important tool to implement the diagnosis of postural unevenness, however the tool does not have the power to predict injuries or future pain, and further studies are needed to improve it.
