An Exploratory Study of Informatization Services Factors Impacting on Hotels

For the Hotel carrying out informatization services, there are some constraints to affect the hotel informatization services running smoothly. In order to explore factors affecting informatization services, this paper conducted a literature review of relevant studies, interviews, and through empirical analysis so to obtain the impact factors of informatization services on the hotel, namely its own characteristics, employees, and managers, which are three important internal factors to affect the successful implementation of information services, hotel competitors, information technology and its suppliers, customers and the public sector are four important external factors to impact hotel informatization services carrying out, in which managers and customers are the key factors. The article was constructed according to the impact model of informatization services, and hope that the impact model can effectively guide to carry out hotel informatization services, and make hotel management services enhance the innovation capability.
