Dependence of the index of refraction and microporosity of zirconium dioxide films on the deposition conditions

The effect of the pressure in the vacuum chamber and the condensation rate on the refractive index and microporosity values of zirconium dioxide films, obtained by the method of electron-beam evaporation in vacuum, is examined. Recommendations are given with regard to producing films with optimal parameters.
