A Research on the Problem of Enterprises' Existence and Boundary

Under the background of Koss', Zhang Wu-chang's and Smith's theories, and based on the introduction of some economic variables, this paper attempts to re-explain the problems of enterprises' existence and boundary, and meanwhile to dissolve the enigma of Koss-Smith paradox.
