The present invention relates to the synthesis of and pharmaceutical compositions of laminin Schiff-base one kind having anticancer activity of binuclear complexes, including: (1) azido bridged laminin condensing 2- pyridinecarboxaldehyde Schiff base copper platinum different binuclear complexes; (2) thiocyanate bridged laminin condensing 2- pyridinecarboxaldehyde a Schiff base copper ruthenium different binuclear complexes; (3) azido bridged laminin condensing 3,5-dibromo water salicylaldehyde Schiff base copper foil different binuclear complexes; (4) oxalate-bridged laminin condensing 3,5-dibromo-schiff base copper foil different binuclear complexes; (5) oxalate-bridged laminin condensing 3 3,5-dibromo-salicylaldehyde Schiff base ruthenium platinum different binuclear complexes, pharmacological analysis of drugs and for the above compounds. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition synthesis method, the compound having anticancer activity action, suitable for use in the anticancer field, having a large medical and pharmaceutical interest, provides a significant for the research and development and anticancer drugs basis.
