A PERCEPÇÃO DA RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL NA RELAÇÃO DA CODESA E ARRENDATÁRIAS COM A COMUNIDADE DO ENTORNO

This is a research with descriptive purpose, aimed at analyzing the relationships between a port entity and the surrounding community. To this end, between October and December 2017, field surveys were conducted with interviews with CODESA and tenants in order to identify how communication is established between them and the community surrounding Vitoria port. It can be concluded that CODESA, as a port authority, provides communication channels for the surrounding civil community, but without taking actions based on its demands. This also happens with the tenants, which also demonstrate that they do not have close relations with the surrounding communities.
