Impact and Conditions for Implementation of Different Models of Strategic Management in the Business Philosophy in the Tourism Sector in the City of Cartagena (In Spanish)

In this paper, there are analyzed the implementation variables of the management models from the study of the proposals of McKinsey, Ohmae, Ansoff, Porter, and Jack Kaplan, and their influence on the company's philosophy as an initial phase of development conditions for implementing a process based on the reality of pymes (Small and Mediun size enterprises) in the region. The first part is a summary of the models and the conclusions drawn from the study of the referenced works in different databases, as a conclusion of this part, it is shown a factorial map of terms and variables. Subsequently, a structural analysis is gotten for the reduction of the identified elements and the obtained results are presented in correspondence to an evaluation process in a pilot sample of pymes in the city. In conclusion, it is shown an approach to the development of the management system based on the tested models, according to the characteristics of small and medium business sector, in order to start the exploration of a more complex model that allows its replication in other productive sectors.
