Evaluación sanitaria de alimentos en el año 2000

The principal objective in this work is to exposed the differents sanitary indicators used on evaluation of 4,258 foods during the year 2000. The products were classified for epidemiologic risk, place and group of food, also we expose. The principals requirements in relation to the labelling, the legislation used for foods evaluation and the dificults that were detecting.
