Large Scale Behavior of Generalized Stochastic Magnetohydrodynamic Turbulence with Mirror Symmetry Breaking

2019
The field theoretic renormalization group techniques is applied to an inherently classical problem of a general A model of active scalar advection with A representing a continuous real parameter that governs the interaction structure of the system. The model encompasses the important magnetohydrodynamic scenario as well as the important \(A=0\) model and the model of linearized Navier-Stokes equations. The turbulent environment is modeled in the limit of infinitely large Reynolds number, i.e., in the regime of fully developed turbulence. Additionally, spatial parity breaking is incorporated via the continuous parameter \(\rho \).
