Биополимеры в медицине. Успехи, проблемы, будущее. Лечебные депо-материалы на основе биополимера альгината натрия. Принципы создания и применения (обзор)

2017
This article is devoted to application of hydrogel biopolymers and, in particular, sodium alginate, for creating materials with prolonged therapeutic effect and for use in the textile engineering. Properties of the sodium alginate were analyzed as also chemical techniques and technologies which may impact them. On the basis of the research was developed technology of creating hydrogel depot-materials with a various type of structure «Colegel» and textile bandages «Coletex» (textile materials with a single-side applied layer of sodium alginate). In the article was revealed such properties as: the relationship between polymer swelling rate and the release of the drug to the external environment, an effect on the rate and time of release of the solubility of drugs, molecular mass, the properties of the textile material, the rheological parameters of the treatment composition, which in total have allowed to develop technology to produce the depot-materials with therapeutic effect and pre-determined (on medical indications) treatment properties. On the example of Russian medical products Coletex and Colegel was shows some specifics of their creation with the use of printing textile technologies, depending on the field of application (surgery, oncology, urology, rheumatology, otolaryngology etc.) and specifics of their use while various diseases. It was shown the universality of the technology in relation to the in to the hydrogel drugs and biologically active substances. Finally, was described range of products Coletex and Colegel with various active substances, manufactured in different application formats which are adapted for needs of different fields of medicine. Was explores possibilities to use biopolymers, in particular, sodium alginate, in textile engineering and regenerative medicine.
