The invention discloses an adjusting device, an adjusting system and an adjusting method for a Millikan oil-drop experiment instrument. The adjusting device for an automatic Millikan oil-drop experiment instrument comprises a bracket, a stepping motor, a main belt pulley and a secondary belt pulley, wherein a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) sensor and a camera probe are arranged on the secondary belt pulley, and movably erected on the bracket; the main belt pulley and the secondary belt pulley are in a transmission connection through a belt; and the stepping motor and the main belt pulley are in a transmission connection. The adjusting system comprises a VGA (Video Graphics Array) display screen, an image acquisition module based on the CCD sensor, an image-processing and motor-driving module based on a programmable chip, and an angle adjusting module based on the stepping motor, wherein the image acquisition module based on the CCD sensor, the angle adjusting module based on the stepping motor, and the image-processing and motor-driving module based on the programmable chip are in a bridge connection. According to the adjusting method, automatic adjustment of the Millikan oil-drop experiment instrument is realized through the adjusting system. Through adoption of the adjusting device, the adjusting system and the adjusting method, various defects caused by manual adjustment of the CCD sensor in a current Millikan oil-drop experiment process are overcome.
