Исследование седативных свойств экстракционных извлечений успокоительного сбора №3

2015
In the experiment, 60 mice of both sexes weighing 20,0 ± 2 grams investigated the effect of herbal extracts soothing gathering №3 (infusions (1:10 and 1:40), dry extract and tincture) on locomotor and exploratory activity of mice. It is shown that the most effective preparations of soothing gathering №3 were dry extract and tincture compared with infusions gathering. At unitary application water extraction of soothing gathering №3 didn´t influence behavioural characteristics of mice, and at daily intragastric introduction within two weeks an extract dry (355 mg/kg) and infusion of soothing gathering №3 (355 mg/kg) rendered expressed sedative action. Sedative activity of tincture of gathering had been noted as at unitary, and its course application. It is established that the daily intragastric introduction within two weeks of tincture sedative activity increased by 1.9 times compared with its effect when a single use. Noted the high level of correlation between the sedative activity of preparations of gathering and between the content of isovaleric acid and bioflavonoids.
