Особенности гормонального и липидного спектра у девочек с синдромом Шерешевского-Тернера и множественным дефицитом гормонов аденогипофиза в узбекской популяции

Terners syndrome (36 girls with моnоsoмy and 18 girls with моsaicism) and 38 girls with plural deficiency of hormones adenohypophysis (PDHА) aged 12-18 years. The most expressed growth inhibition was observed in patients with PDHА in comparison with the girls, suffering from Terners syndrome, and control group. The authentic decrease of hormones in patients with PDHА and Terners syndrome with direct correlation among the levels of insulinsimilar factor of growth (IFG1), growth hormone (GH) and estrogen was revealed. More expressed pathology of lipid exchange was observed in girls with PDHА and return correlations were revealed between the levels of IFG1, cholesterol and ChLDL. The cholesterol and ChLDL levels above control values were observed in 24.1% and 20.4% of cases in Uzbek girls with Terner syndrome, and also direct positive correlation dependence between level IFG1 and cholesterol was found out.
