Anti-burning belt wheel device

The invention relates to the technical field of oil field oil extraction, in particular to a belt wheel device capable of preventing a heavy-load and small-diameter belt wheel of a pumping unit from being burnt out and burnt down in the rainy season. The anti-burning belt wheel device comprises an outer belt wheel, a transition sleeve and a positioning ring. Circumferentially-distributed step-shaped wheel protrusions are evenly arranged on the outer surface of a wheel groove in the outer belt wheel and the outer surface of a rim in the outer belt wheel. A motor transmission shaft is sleeved with the transition sleeve. The transition sleeve and the motor transmission shaft are connected through a spline, and the spline receives power transmitted by the motor transmission shaft. The transition sleeve is sleeved with the outer belt wheel. Three bosses evenly distributed by 120 degrees are axially arranged outside the transition sleeve. The bosses transmit the power to an outer belt wheel sleeve. The top end faces of the bosses are lower than the top end face of the transition sleeve. According to the anti-burning belt wheel device, rainwater can be guided out in time through the belt wheel of the special structure, rainwater on the belt wheel is not accumulated, a belt is prevented from being burnt down to the maximum degree, and the service life of the belt wheel is prolonged.
