Operating mechanism of electrically-shifting transmission case

2012
The invention discloses an operating mechanism of an electrically-shifting transmission case. The operating mechanism comprises a transmission case 1, a poking fork shaft 2, a gear-shift poking fork 4, a shifting poking rod 7 and a shifting push rod 8, wherein a case cover of the transmission case 1 is provided with a push rod box 11; the push rod box 11 is provided with a push rod box cover 12; the poking fork shaft 2 and the gear-shift poking fork 4 are mounted on the case cover of the transmission case 1; one end of the shifting poking rod 7 is connected with the shifting push rod 8; the other end of the gear-shift poking rod is connected with the gear-shift poking fork 4; the shifting push rod 8 is mounted in the push rod box 11; one end of the shifting push rod 8 is connected with the shifting poking rod 7 through a baffle ring 84 and a boss on the baffle ring; the other end of the shifting push rod 8 is connected with an electric mechanism; a clutch 1 is provided with a clutch pull rod 6; and the clutch pull rod 6 is connected with the electric mechanism through a clutch push rod 9. According to the invention, remote control can be processed conveniently; in addition, a structure is simple; a left poking fork, a middle poking fork and a right poking fork are controlled respectively by independent poking rods (a left poking rod, a middle poking rod and a right poking rod); and the operating mechanism is characterized by convenient and precise operation and cannot be linked to a wrong shift.
