Broadband Nonlinear Spectroscopy of Hydrogen-Like Levels in Ge: As

We present broadband nonlinear THz spectroscopy and saturation of hydrogen-like electronic states of Arsenic ions, trapped in a solid Geranium substrate. The broadband pulses are generated by a photoconductive array.
