A process for encapsulation of volatile substances sensitive to oxidation as well as flavors and fragrances in the form of granules

The invention relates to a process for the preparation of granules. The object of the invention is to provide a method for producing at least contained an encapsulated value substance granules, wherein the granules can be prepared continuously or batchwise under weitester avoidance of temperature differences of distributions in the manufacturing process and increasing the yield of activity. Simultaneously, the controllability of the granulation is to be improved in the production. According to the invention, granules are produced by linking the thermal conditions in the spraying zone and the temperature conditions in the remaining region of the fluidized bed. In the inventive process, this is achieved in that the supply of the heated process gas for drying is carried out exclusively in the spraying region. The reliable supply of particles in the injection region in is carried out by the special geometric design of the apparatus using gravity force (Fig. 1).
