Treatment of left main coronary atresia and associated cardiac defects.

A 7-year-old boy with ventricular septal defect and coarctation of aorta presented syncope. Catheterization revealed atresia of left main coronary and circumflex arising from the right coronary artery (Fig. ​(Fig.1).1). Correction included myocardial revascularization plus coarctation and ventricular-septal-defect repair. Concomitant correction of this rare anomaly is reported.
