Treatment of left main coronary atresia and associated cardiac defects.

A 7-year-old boy with ventricular septal defect and coarctation of aorta presented syncope. Catheterization revealed atresia of left main coronary and circumflex arising from the right coronary artery (Fig. (Fig.1).1). Correction included myocardial revascularization plus coarctation and ventricular-septal-defect repair. Concomitant correction of this rare anomaly is reported.
