Green fertilization contributes to the sustainability of agriculture, providing affordable benefitsto producers and the final quality of the products. The minimally processed product is considereda good alternative for aggregating income and opportunity to this public. It was aimed toevaluate the post-harvest storage quality of green corn “AG 1051” minimally processed, withand without plastic film covering, cultivated in a consortium with four species of crotalaria inBoa Vista-RR. The corn cobs were evaluated during 4 days by fresh weight loss, soluble solidsand color. The statistical design used was completely randomized, in a triple factorial scheme,2 x 4 x 5, with three replications. There was no significant difference in postharvest quality ofmaize grown in a consortium with different crotalaria, being significant only regarding the useor not of plastic film, where the use of coating provided the best results in maintaining quality.
