PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutritional management support device, method and program capable of supporting nutritional management depending on a user appropriately.SOLUTION: A cooking scale 10: acquires user information on a user; acquires a required nutrient quantity according to the user information; acquires weight information of food with weight thereof measured; calculates a food nutrient quantity according to the weight information of the food; determines the amount of surplus and/or shortage of the food nutrient quantity on the basis of the required nutrient quantity and the food nutrient quantity; and outputs a determination result.
