Development of Adaptive Arithmetic Coding Method to the Sequence of Bits

To reduce the volume of transmitted information within the boundaries of the concept of the Internet, adaptive arithmetic coding was developed. This is a method which is based on the analysis of subsequent bits group with the ability to encode a different number of bits per rank. The effectiveness of the method increases with the correct choice the sequence with the highest probability.
