The invention discloses a fluid flow measuring system and measuring method. The measuring system comprises a plurality of fluid carriers for measurement. Each fluid carrier for measurement is correspondingly provided with a fluid flow channel used for guiding fluid to be measured. The fluid carriers for measurement are arranged at intervals in a linear mode in the horizontal direction. A light source unit and a light sensitive unit are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the fluid carriers for measurement arranged in the linear mode respectively. The light sensitive unit is connected with a data processing unit. The light source unit is used for emitting light to the fluid carriers for measurement. The light sensitive unit is used for detecting liquid level image signals of the fluid carriers for measurement. The data processing unit is used for identifying the liquid level image signals corresponding to the fluid carriers for measurement according to signals output by the light sensitive unit and obtaining the fluid flow corresponding to the fluid carriers for measurement. According to the fluid flow measuring system and measuring method, real-time detection of the flow of fluid of multiple channels is achieved, early warning analysis of the flow of the fluid of multiple channels can be carried out in advance, and real-time monitoring and early prediction can be achieved.
