纳米复合材料镀层Cu-Sn-P-ZrO2的制备和性质研究

By means of studying the composition and deposition conditions (including concentration, time, temperature and pH) of Cu-Sn-P-ZrO2 electroless nanometer composite coating, the coating was obtained, which has the proper of metallic luster and low porosity. The coating thickness and morphology were detected by weighting and SEM observation. And the corrosion resistance was also studied. The results have shown that the corrosion resistance property has been improved by the namometer composite coating.
